Title: Digital Sales Manager, Digital Banking

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive the growth of online and mobile sales channels across our banking ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong digital marketing and data analytics expertise with a deep understanding of banking products and customer journeys. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies that drive digital sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve digital sales targets across retail and wealth products.
- Identify digital sales growth opportunities through analytics, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to develop customer-oriented digital campaigns.
- Serve as a digital leader providing guidance on digital sales best practices from peers, different industries, and emerging trends
2. Channel Optimization
- Track digital channels (website, app, online banking, LINE, etc.) to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Implement A/B testing, personalization, and customer journey mapping to enhance digital conversion performance.
- Ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools for end-to-end campaign execution and measurement.
3. Data-Driven Sales Enablement
- Utilize data analytics and performance dashboards to track digital sales KPIs.
- Leverage BI tools and analytics methodology to identify digital sales opportunities and design actionable insights
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification
• Education - A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing—preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and banking product sales cycles.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Languages - Chinese & English
