Job Summary
• Develop and execute the team's bancassurance strategies to ensure alignment with the bank's overall WRB and WS business objectives.
• Lead the assigned bancassurance IS team, provide training and coaching, provide guidance for performance management to IS, and accompany HNW client meetings when needed
• Collaborate with bank branches and insurance partners to ensure operational synergy.
• Enhance customer experience and insurance penetration among PP and PC segments.
• Monitor team’s banca performance, analyse sales data, and propose actionable insights.
• Track market trends and competitor dynamics and adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Fulfil various tasks assigned by people leader.
• Be responsible for implementing and complying with anti-money laundering requirements when performing their duties.
• Comply with the bank's internal process policies and relevant laws and regulations on the requirements for agency sales of insurance.

• Track the performance and strategy of bancassurance operations in the territories covered by the Assessment, acting through our analysis and support of business and product to assist regions and branches in achieving bancassurance objectives.

Qualifications
• Education - University degree or above
