Job Summary

This is an individual contributor role responsible for acquiring and end-to-end onboarding of new clients to drive the growth of Priority Banking client base. The job holder is required to drive (i) New Sales Revenue (NSR) by providing financial solutions and cross-selling products to clients in line with ‘Treating Clients Fairly’, (ii) Strategic Focus by growing the number of Priority Banking clients through new signups and existing to bank upgrades, and (iii) Client Experience by delivering exceptional services to clients. Targets and measures in the form of balanced scorecard as laid out in FLIP guidelines. Candidate is also expected to drive any other key strategies as required from his role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Acquire new to bank signups and existing to bank upgrades to Priority Banking.
  • Work closely with various key related persons on acquisition through referrals, walk-ins, leads sourced, and self-identified opportunities.
  • Completion of leads distributed through various channels in a timely manner. 
  • To be involved with other business functions to identify any potential priority banking signups and upgrades.
  • Contribute to the migration of clients to the digital platform i.e. online banking.

Business

  • Achieve individual New Sales Revenue (NSR) in accordance to targets as laid out in FLIP.
  • Deepening of clients’ revenue streams through retail products.
  • Conversion of leads distributed to sales won within in a timely manner.

Governance

  • Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct, KYC/CDD, money laundering prevention, and highlight any suspicious transactions or activities as per guidelines.
  • Assist in completion of all KYC/CDD review on clients in a timely manner.
  • Timely completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training, including e-learning by the set deadlines.
  • Understand and adhere to the bank’s policies and guidelines and FLIP on mis-selling and conduct. 
  • Proactive identification and reporting of risks and concerns.
  • Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues in a timely manner including developing suitable controls and measuring their effectiveness.
