As a Financial Market Operations Graduate, you’ll be joining our Operations team, responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution. They settle a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.

About the programme
You will be supported and launched into your career through our hands-on graduate programme. During this time, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across the Group, creating networks that will accelerate your career growth. Our training programme will enable you to develop your technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real-world experience and in-depth training. - Banking knowledge in terms of customers, products and transactions
- Banking operations experience (Client Due Diligence, payments, trade, markets, etc)
- Proficient use of MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Coding and programming skills will be an added advantage.
- Contributions to your community (e.g. volunteering) will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
We welcome students from all degrees with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. Students with finance background and/or equipped with solid technical skills will have an added advantage.
You’ll need to be a final year student or a fresh graduate within one year of graduation (graduated in 2024), able to start July 2025, with a permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder (less than 1 year’s completion)
- Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CIMA) - Completed/ Pursuing Level 3 or Masters (less than 2 years completion and
- Less than 2 years of working experience.
