Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial management with the bank’s third-party providers. 
•    The AVP, Change Comms & Content Management, S2C is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, communication, adoption and continuous improvement of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, tools, operating models, user guides and experience.
•    The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, process owners, operational teams and technology partners to ensure process changes are effectively documented, communicated, understood and embedded across the organisation. The individual will drive business readiness activities, maintain process and operating model documentation, support transformation initiatives, challenge design decisions from an end-user perspective and identify opportunities to improve customer experience, process efficiency and governance.
•    The role plays a critical part in major change initiatives affecting sourcing, contract management, third-party risk management, procurement technology and operating model transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•    Analyse existing Source-to-Contract processes and identify improvement opportunities.
•    Assess impacts of proposed process, policy and technology changes.
•    Challenge assumptions and identify operational, governance and customer experience risks.
•    Support development of target operating models, process simplification initiatives and transformation programmes.
•    Participate in refinement forums, working groups and design reviews to ensure business requirements are represented.
•    Support implementation of new sourcing, contract management and supplier management capabilities.

•    Develop and execute communication strategies supporting S2C change initiatives.
•    Produce stakeholder communications, briefing materials, presentations and user guidance.
•    Support business readiness activities for new process and technology implementations.
•    Ensure communications are accurate, complete and aligned with approved policy and process design.
•    Coordinate awareness sessions, demonstrations, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
•    Support adoption and behavioural change activities across global stakeholder groups. 

•    Develop and maintain process documentation, operating model materials and user guidance.
•    Create and maintain high-level process overviews, process maps and governance artefacts.
•    Ensure process repositories remain current, accurate and accessible.
•    Support creation of business requirements, change impact assessments and implementation materials.
•    Maintain documentation supporting regulatory, audit and governance requirements

•    Partner with Global Process Owners, Operational Leads, Technology teams and Change teams.
•    Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and validate solutions.
•    Act as a trusted advisor on process change and customer experience considerations.
•    Build relationships across SCM, Procurement Services, Contract Management Services, P2P, OneTPRM and related change programmes.
•    Represent user and operational perspectives during programme design and implementation discussions. 

•    Support implementation and enhancement of procurement technologies and workflow tools.
•    Gather and document business requirements for system changes.
•    Work with development and support teams to prioritise enhancements.
•    Participate in user acceptance testing and validation activities.
•    Identify opportunities for automation, self-service capability and digital adoption improvements.
•    Support SharePoint, workflow, reporting and user experience improvement initiatives

•    Review change impacts and communications for completeness and consistency.
•    Ensure business requirements align with policy, controls and governance expectations.
•    Support issue management and remediation activities associated with process change.
•    Maintain appropriate change management records and implementation evidence.
•    Monitor adoption and effectiveness of implemented changes.

Qualifications

Experience Required
Essential
•    7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Change Analyst or equivalent role.
•    Experience supporting global process, operating model or technology transformation initiatives.
•    Strong process mapping and business process improvement skills.
•    Experience documenting business requirements, operating procedures and change impacts.
•    Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
•    Experience working in large, complex, regulated organisations.

 

Preferred
•    Experience within Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Third Party Risk Management or Contract Management environments.
•    Experience supporting procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, SCBuy or equivalent.
•    Knowledge of change management methodologies.
•    Understanding of sourcing, supplier management and contract lifecycle management processes.
•    Experience supporting digital transformation and user adoption programmes.
•    Financial services industry experience preferred.
