This role demands a high level of technical expertise to translate strategic campaign requirements into effective, multi-channel outbound journeys leveraging Adobe Campaign Manager. The specialist will be responsible for audience segmentation, workflow design and optimisation, dynamic content configuration, and delivering campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS channels.

Successful candidates will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CRM strategy, product management, data analytics, and customer insights to operationalise targeted marketing use cases that resonate with our diverse client base. This position is hybrid-based in Bukit Jalil, Malaysia, enabling a flexible work approach combining both remote and office environments.

The Adobe Campaign Manager Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement through precise targeting and personalised content, playing a critical role in driving business outcomes aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimise comprehensive outbound campaigns using Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard), overseeing workflow creation, delivery orchestration, and scheduling to ensure timely execution.
  • Implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, develop suppression rules, and create personalised content configurations in alignment with detailed campaign briefs.
  • Develop and update responsive email and messaging templates incorporating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support dynamic content needs across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Configure rules for dynamic content inclusion, conditional rendering, and personalisation tokens to tailor communication to individual customer profiles.
  • Manage and execute A/B testing initiatives, recurring journey deployments, event-triggered campaigns, and relevant optimisations to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough self-audits on campaign setups including data validation, logic testing, and content previews prior to Quality Control review to minimise errors.
  • Provide ongoing support during campaign execution phases, including handling reruns, addressing post-launch fixes, and collaborating with IT and analytics teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation detailing campaign logic, segmentation methodologies, and configuration settings to ensure consistency and knowledge retention.
  • Engage proactively with CRM strategy, product teams, and data analysts to translate evolving business requirements into scalable campaign solutions, fostering continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager, including both Classic and Standard versions.
  • Proficient knowledge of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing email, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, with practical experience creating and maintaining templates and scripts for campaign workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and data handling to deliver precise and effective marketing communications.
  • Prior experience within the financial services or wealth management sectors is highly preferred to understand industry-specific communication standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills to ensure campaign logic and configurations are accurately recorded and maintained.
