Job Summary
WRB Data & Analytic supports Data and Business Intelligence, Finance and Risk projects globally in data delivery via data warehouse solutions. The team comprises data specialists, technology experts and project managers who collaborate with business stakeholders for end-to-end solution implementation.
SCB seeks to hire talented data professionals with relevant experience who will be able to work in global environment from internal and external talent pool.
To support the WRB Data Technology team in its objectives through a mix of:
· To align project timeline to ensure project success delivery.
· Provide support to Data Analysis, Mapping and Profiling
· Perform data requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.
· Mapping of data attributes from different source systems to the target data models and ensuring the same business rules are followed
· interpreting use case requirement and design of target data model/ data mart
· Profiling of data attributes to assess data quality that affects referential integrity and provide remediation recommendations.
· Ensures that data use is complies to the data architecture principles including golden sources and standard reference data.
· Data modelling for better data integration within the data warehouse platform
Project delivery
· working Independently to engage consultants, business analysts from other business solutions team and escalate issues in a timely manner.
· providing good subject matter expert knowledge and recommendations to balance time critical vs longer term sustainability
Key responsibilities are:
· To work together with squad members for success delivery of projects that includes managing different stakeholders like business, other technology teams and internal development teams; Ensuring delivery is align to the timeline for each milestone.
· To work closely with various stakeholders in analysing the user requirements, profiling data, and finalizing the requirements for delivery (Do the right thing).
· Transforming data requirements into data models through design and modelling aligning to the data warehousing standards and processes.
· Create data mapping templates for Data Model mapping.
· Profile data to assess data quality, suitability and cardinality.
· Support data store’s inbound and/or outbound development activities – provide guidance and clarification to development team on the mapping developed.
· Responsible to provide direction on solution from a standard product / architecture perspective
· Participate in key decision-making discussions liaising with business stakeholders
· Perform SIT and support UAT.
· Responsible to manage the change request effectively and efficiently during the project delivery with all agreed controls
· Align with the bank process and standards and ensure there are no deviations
· Deliver Functional documentation to the development team while collating the requirements from various stakeholders
· To ensure alignment to Data Quality Management Framework that includes Data Management through lineage documentation, data control to ensure data quality securities.

Our Ideal Candidates Should Have:-
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as business analyst/ data analyst in data warehousing projects.
- The ability to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and be able to manage and navigate through ambiguity and organizational complexity.
- Proven experience in hands-on data mapping, design and modelling activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community.
- An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll-up sleeves to drive success.
- A mindset to continuously learn and develop themselves.
- Knowledge in banking domain – understanding of wealth and retail banking products and customer journeys
- Proficient in ETL knowledge and well-verse of SQL
