Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Manage inventory updates and initiate purchase order requests
•    Reconciliation of invoices against inventory database 
•    Preparation and submission of invoices for approval and payment
•    Preparation of month end accruals and accruals aging report
•    Follow up on PO approvals and invoice payments status
•    Manage stakeholder requests and queries 
•    Ensure no break in BAU services and processes
•    Preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders
•    Attend to ad-hoc requests or reports from stakeholders

Qualifications & Experiences


•    Bachelor's degree in banking, accounting/ Business discipline would be preferred 
•    Candidate with more than 5 years of experience in banking, financial services or any related industry.


Languages
•    Proficient communication in English and Mandarin to support specific market in terms of operational requirements.
