Job Summary

•    Problem/Incident Management, Pro-Active/Preventive Maintenance, Change/Release Management, DR/BCP Management, Risk & Compliance, Documentation, Reporting, People / Training.

Business

•    Work as production supports and primarily responsible and accountable for the stability of the production systems supported
•    Ensure application compliance to policies, standards, process, and procedures within the bank
•    Lead and manage obsolesces, vulnerabilities, CVE, ICS, ICV, IVS, risks, audits for the applications supported
•    Manage stakeholders from senior management, business, operation, country technology, finance, credit, risk, client care, GIA, auditors and regulators.
•    Participates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
•    Review the overall design of the projects / enhancements ensuring stability of the application in production is not compromised.
•    Work with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank’s standards and policies. 
•    To ensure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processes.
•    Involve in audits, regulatory meeting and other risk related activities from support perspective.
•    24X7 stand-by support based on roster for production technical issues and critical incidents. 

Our Ideal Candidates Should have:-

•    Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in production supports in a professional corporate environment.
•    At least Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology & related fields
•    The ability to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and be able to manage and navigate through ambiguity and organizational complexity.
•    Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community.
•    An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 
•    Strong ability to analyse and understand project / programme financials and other relevant data points to synthesize observations and/or recommendations for management attention.
•    Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability.
•    Strong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll-up sleeves to drive success.
•    A mindset to continuously learn and develop themselves.
•    An understanding of Strategy covering key operating domains spa
•    Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
•    Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolution.
•    Team player, fast learner, self-initiative and reliable.
