Job Summary
Strategy
• The CIB Operations and International Markets Transformation team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing transformation initiatives aimed at making the bank more scalable, efficient, and digital.
Business
•    Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
•    Develop and present business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.
•    Support the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
•    Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Processes
•    Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
•    Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
•    Facilitate process mapping sessions and workshops to gather requirements and design future state processes
People & Talent
•    Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
•    Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Risk Management
•    Ensure that key risk issues and concerns are escalated to Group/governance committees as appropriate
•    Ensure all mandatory learning is completed by deadlines.

• Ensure that key risk issues and concerns are escalated to Group/governance committees appropriately.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
