Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our Internal Communications (IC) Service Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have a staring grasp of design principles, visual storytelling and campaign production – with experience across video production, multimedia and digital communications. A strong understanding of design systems and governance is essential.

 

The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), TechSmith Camtasia, Figma, Microsoft 365 suite, basic HTML and other design platforms.

 

This role sits within the Internal Communications (IC) Service Delivery Team working closely with the wider T&O CABM Team to design and deliver compelling, on-brand visual content that enhances clarity alignment and engagement across Technology & Operations (T&O) and the broader Bank.

 

The role supports creative delivery for internal communications initiatives across the T&O and the Bank, including the T&O Management Team, programme leads, and stakeholders across the Group.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Creative & Design Support

  • Conceptualise, design, and develop impactful visual content for digital, print, and video.
  • Design assets such as posters, brochures, flyers, infographics, animations, social graphics, newsletters, and digital templates.
  • Lead the visual execution of major T&O campaigns such as town halls, roadshows, leadership engagements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate strategic communications goals into visually compelling formats that inform, engage and inspire.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-level visual identity across all platforms.

 

Video & Multimedia Content

  • Create, edit and animate video content for leadership messaging, event coverage, and corporate storytelling.
  • Capture and produce short-form videos to support employee engagement.
  • Champion innovative formats and storytelling techniques to elevate message impact.

 

Tools, Templates & Brand Management

  • Develop and manage design templates (e.g., PowerPoint decks, emailers, newsletters) and publishing platforms (e.g., POPPULO, SharePoint,).
  • Uphold brand standards and collaborate with Group Brand & Marketing for feedback and creative alignment.

 

Event & Campaign Support

  • Support event related communication needs with end-to end visual assets and collaterals.
  • Provide creative support for senior leadership team engagements, including visuals for executive visits, key programmes and cultural moments.

 

Innovation & Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming and cross functional creative planning.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that bring to life the T&O identity and culture.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), TechSmith Camtasia, Figma, Microsoft 365 suite, and other design tools.
  • Ability to create storyboards, animations, infographics, and videos tailored for internal platforms and diverse audiences.
  • Strong eye for detail, design precision, and alignment with corporate tone and brand.
  • Good understanding of technology language and ability to translate complex ideas into simple visual communication.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities and agile workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable with video capture and basic editing.
  • A light sense of humour and a passion for storytelling and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you will also have certifications and / or a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design or similar. 
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic and multimedia design, preferably in internal communications or technology-related industries.
