Job Summary
Establish Global SC PRISM FX Hub as a center of expertise covering implementation setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, FX reversals and trouble shooting to deliver superior and standardized client experience with robust SLAs that support the refreshed SC PRISM FX ambition of scaling and doubling the business.
Set up Global Hub with expert operations team can provide a seamless payment experience and faster trouble shooting to address end-to-end issues that occur across the variety of transaction flows e.g., efficient handling of rejections and reversals reducing risk of FX loss, RFIs etc.
Set up Global Hub with specialized service team having direct access to production support is essential to solve client queries spread across currencies, payment processing, variety of processing partners and FX rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Help set up a CoE (Center of excellence) team in KL for SC PRISM FX (TB FX) product that will work closely with product & other support teams to ensure faster client payment processing in the FX space.
- Execute UAT and production testing to validate key set ups & FX payment flows in priority markets and help product roll out new NOSTRO account set ups and currency pairs with faster TAT.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SC PRISM FX product, fostering team development through focused knowledge-sharing sessions, operational and technical guidance.
- Map end to end FX payment transaction lifecycle and acquire end to end knowledge of process flow in terms of operational, technical, static & channel set ups.
- Knowledge of NOSTRO account opening.
- Work closely with product, support teams, ops team to ensure faster resolution for FX related queries and guide BAU team in addressing such queries.
- Ability to prioritise backlog and apply logical reasoning to take key decisions.
- Support NOSTRO Account opening in priority markets and ensure necessary set ups are in place before the same is operational in production.
- Acquire key set up and FX transaction flow knowledge to help CoE streamline the process.
- Manage teams in building a stronger relationship with our clients and customers.
- Manage initiatives to innovate and digitize their processes as well as intensifying collaboration across the network.
- Ensuring continuous improvement in timeliness to the standards prescribed for the process from time to time.
- Releasing deals as per the department operating instruction manual, customers instructions and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.
- Responsible for the Audit and Risk Control Standard associated with Cash Services operations.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of FM from product & operations perspective
- Knowledge of FX product from operations perspective
- Understanding of client set up for Fx, nostro account set up
- Help establish Global TBFX Hub as a center of expertise covering implementation setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, FX reversals and trouble shooting to deliver superior and standardized client experience
- Need experience in multiple FX set ups across multiple systems spread across Cash, Trade, Markets and Channels.
- Experience in FX testing
- Knowledge of MT103, PACS, ISO20022
- Help align FX CoE team to deliver and end to end operational and PVR excellence
