Title: Content Analyst, Content and Proposal Management

Job Summary
As part of the Transaction Banking (TB) award-winning Content and Proposal Management Team, and reporting to Head, Content and Proposal Management, the Content Analyst, will be a storyteller who understand market needs, collaborating with the team, Sales, relationship managers, and other key stakeholders, to translate technical features or solutions into effective value proposition, positioning statement and messaging, across all client segments within TB. The role will also assist in the creation of sales enablement materials encompassing deal announcements, case studies, industry/sales pitchbooks, award and RFP submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute content for sales enablement materials with deal owners and subject matter experts, in collaboration with the Content Management team.
- Craft compelling and informative deal announcements that highlight key transaction details, unique differentiators, and strategic significance.
- Ensure accurate, timely and effective dissemination of deal announcement and case studies in alignment with the Bank’s brand guidelines.
- Analyse content performance metrics and provide regular reports and dashboard to track content effectiveness.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improved based on data driven recommendations.
- Bring in-depth understanding of content analysis to the table, utilising multiple data sources, from digital analytics to competitive analysis, surveys, and research.
- Together with the Content Lead, manage the continuous improvement in content management including the maintenance of the content libraries.
- Champion brand standards and guidelines for Transaction Banking, promoting application of best practices on all deliverables to drive consistency and in line with the Bank’s standards.
- Actively keeping abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices.
- Provide support for other sales enablement initiatives as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent project management skills and process-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Meticulously follow established procedures and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, CMS, CRM and/or other relevant software.
- Able to parse large amounts of data quickly, think critically, and identify the most important information.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Committed team player with willingness to be hands-on.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and impact outcomes.
- Develop a client-centric culture, focused on making it easy to bank with Standard Chartered.
- Experience with the process of content creation/development process will be helpful.

Qualifications
- A degree holder, preferably in Banking, Business, Computer or Information Science.
- Minimum 3years - 5 years relevant experience, including demonstrated success in an appropriate role.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Knowledge of Generative AI, analytics and/or digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in content creation, marketing, or research can be valuable.
