Job Summary

As part of the award-winning Transaction Banking Global Content and Proposal Management Team, the Content Specialist will quickly grasp TB topics and collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and stakeholders to translate technical features into clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging for all client segments. The role supports creating sales materials like deal announcements, case studies, and award submissions.

Key Responsibilities

 

•    Edit and publish deal announcements highlighting key details and strategic importance, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
•    Manage deal announcement workflows, optimizing templates and processes.
•    Maintain the deal tracker for timely records and publication.
•    Draft case studies across industries, translating complex data into clear, client-friendly narratives.
•    Support content analytics, including performance tracking and reporting.
•    Identify trends and improvement opportunities using data and research.
•    Champion brand standards to ensure consistency and quality in client materials.
•    Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance content relevance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales enablement and content needs.

•    Understand risk issues and incorporate appropriate solutions within proposals

Skills and Experience

 

Excellent writing, editing, communication, and attention to detail.
• Good critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to identify key insights.
• Process-driven with discipline in following processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management with organization, planning, and documentation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management, able to influence and collaborate across regions.
• Client-centric mindset delivering consistent experiences.
• Familiar with analytics tools, CMS, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Content creation and development experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking advantageous.

Professional
• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Banking, Business, Journalism, Computer or Information Science.
• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience with success in similar roles.

Technical
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Content creation, editing, marketing, or research experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with transaction banking and Generative AI, analytics, digital tools is a plus.
