The Creative Designer will be an integral part of the WRB Global Digital Sales team, playing a pivotal role in shaping compelling digital experiences that engage High Net-Worth customers across diverse markets. This role calls for a visionary designer who can merge creativity with strategic objectives, crafting visually captivating content that aligns with Standard Chartered's brand values and marketing goals. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with product teams, marketers, and digital strategists to produce high-impact designs for a variety of digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and web advertising

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creative process by conceptualising, designing, and implementing visually compelling digital materials that effectively promote Standard Chartered's brand and product offerings across multiple global markets.
- Develop strong partnerships with product managers, marketers, and technology teams to ensure that creative output aligns with strategic objectives and adapts to evolving market needs.
- Create high-quality digital assets including social media content, search and display banners, email templates, SMS and push notification designs, website banners, and other digital marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and brand coherence.
- Translate marketing strategies and briefs into innovative visual solutions that enhance customer experience and support profitable acquisition campaigns targeted at High Net-Worth individuals.
- Manage simultaneous projects across various markets efficiently, delivering all creative work within agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and brand integrity.
- Supervise all facets of design production and post-production with minimal oversight, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to problem-solve creatively under pressure.
- Present creative concepts and finished work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback constructively to refine and enhance deliverables.
- Foster an open and collaborative team environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback respectfully, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital marketing techniques, and technology tools to continually elevate creative output and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Demonstrated experience in producing compelling visual content for digital platforms, with a portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email communication, and web-based advertising, with the ability to tailor creative content to suit various platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving aptitude paired with a strategic mindset to support and enhance marketing initiatives.
