About the team
The Global Content and Proposal Management is a strategic Centre of Excellence for RFPs, pitch materials, and content across Transaction Banking (TB) operating as a core function within the broader Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business. The team partners closely with sales, product, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, client-centric, and competitive proposals and presentations globally.
About the role
The Creative and Presentation Manager sits within the award-winning TB Global Content and Proposal Management team in Kuala Lumpur and is accountable for elevating client-facing proposals, pitches and executive presentations. The role partners closely with the Content and Proposal team, deal teams, and senior stakeholders to shape clear, persuasive narratives – translating complex Transaction Banking concepts into compelling visual stories and data-driven communication that strengthens client engagement and supports win outcomes. The role also supports executive communications through corporate video production, including filming senior leaders, shaping strategic narratives, and editing high-quality video content for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Design and deliver high-impact, client-ready presentations for strategic proposals, pitches, and senior executive engagements – ensuring they are structured, on-brand and built for decision-making.
- Convert complex financial, technical, and operational data into clear visuals (charts, diagrams, infographics, and frameworks) that sharpen key messages and improve client comprehension.
- Own and continuously improve presentation standards, templates, and visual guidelines to increase consistency, speed, and quality across global proposal materials.
- Create and deliver high quality visual and multimedia assets including icons, illustrations, motion elements, and executive-level corporate videos, working with external agencies where required to deliver creative production of client materials and leadership communications.
- Own end‑to‑end video and visual production quality and workflows, managing agencies, assets, and delivery to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and efficient execution across all multimedia content.
- Partner with the Content and Creative Lead and Proposal Managers to review and uplift drafts – improving narrative flow, readability and visual hierarchy while reducing rework through clear design direction.
- Champion brand standards and best practices for Transaction Banking to drive consistency, quality, as well as narrations across all client-facing materials.
- Apply appropriate governance and risk awareness within client documentation, supporting compliant, accurate and controlled outputs.
- Stay abreast of design, presentation, and communication trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation into how we present to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners on sales enablement capability building materials, and evolving content projects.
- Work in a group dynamic and actively participate on any given project as the position evolves and as assigned by the line manager.

Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various policies, procedures and guidelines of the Bank
- Ensure compliance with Third Party Risk Management, and Vendor Engagement policies

- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Bank operates, and the regulatory requirement and expectations relevant to the role
- Ensure adherence to the Operational Risk Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various polices, procedures and guidelines of the Bank by the Content and Proposal Management teams
- Completion of all mandatory training needed including e-learning within stated timeframes to support the understanding of the role for delivering effective governance

Skills and Experience
Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 -8 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in presentation design, business storytelling and/or proposal/pitch environments.
Technical
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with curiosity and spirit to learn new tools.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, video or motion design is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, analytics, data visualization and digital collaboration tools is an added advantage.

- Experience supporting proposals, bids, consulting, or corporate environments would be advantageous.
