Key Responsibilities
· Able to lead a team of Analyst and developers (including motivating and coaching employees to deliver goals)
· Identify skills gaps in the team and ensure adequate training and development
· Ensures business needs are met whilst delivering within budget and with quality.
· Ensures resources are assigned to various tasks based on skills sets
· Consistently looking for service improvements areas/plans.
· Engages stakeholders on a regular basis on the progress of the projects and initiatives
· Review and analyse the requirement well. Ask relevant questions, understand the requirement with the end to end process. Participate in Business Requirement Definition (BRD)/Change Request (CR) preparation and reviews
· Look beyond the requirement and ensure nothing is missed out. Ensure requirement in BRD/CR are properly catered.
· Take initiative in developing teams’ development plan and discuss with concerned parties (in Individual Learning Development Plan (ILDP))
· Builds resourcing capability (quality and quantity) to meet business demands
· Achieve common and other objectives across Group Technology initiatives
Skills and Experience
· Working experience to supervise and lead a team for quality delivery of projects
· Possess self-initiatives and able to work with minimal supervision
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Able to meet and comply to System Delivery Framework (SDF), Life Cycle Compliance (LCC), Quality Management Framework (QMF) and risk elements,
which includes ensuring process, security, regulatory and audit requirements are met
· Able prioritise and allocate resources based on project needs and deliver end-to-end deliverables.
· Must possess at least 10 years experience in iSeries, RPG/400, RPGLE, CL/400, DB/400 and IBM AS400/i-series environment
· Must have at least 10 years application development experience
· Must possess Credit or Debit Card domain knowledge
· Must possess AGILE knowledge and able to work in Scrum team
· Must be adaptive and welcoming to constant change
· Possess knowledge in Cloud, API, Solace and JAVA would be added advantage
· Knowledge in Azure DevOps(ADO), Confluence DevOps, Jira workflow, Thenon See/Change, Aldon, AR Remedy, ServiceNow would be added advantage

Field of study: Computer Science or IT related
