Job Summary
• Support the delivery of Process Excellence (PE) initiatives across the enterprise, focusing on process analysis, redesign and optimisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to identify process pain points, challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate current state assessments and future state design to improve client, colleague and shareholder outcomes.
• Apply PE methodologies, tools, templates and execution playbooks to deliver quality analysis and recommendations.
• Drive process transformation through simplification, standardisation, digitisation and automation.
• Contribute to the bank’s ambition to standardise, simplify and digitise processes while eliminating waste and improving efficiency.
• Support project delivery activities by providing PE expertise during initiation, design and analysis phases.
• Help embed foundational Process Excellence capabilities across the organisation to raise transformation ambition and deliver sustainable value.

• Lead and deliver Process Excellence initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to analyse, redesign and transform processes, driving measurable improvements in client experience, operational efficiency, risk management and business outcomes.
• Drive process transformation through current state analysis, future state design, and delivery of sustainable business outcomes.
• Apply Process Excellence methodologies to simplify, standardise, digitise and automate processes across the enterprise.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Establish governance, performance metrics and value tracking to ensure transparency, accountability and successful benefits realisation.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, change adoption and process ownership while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Key Experiences
• Minimum 5 years in the project / programme management space, supporting or delivering mid-large size, complex initiatives in the financial services industry
• Experience in conducting current state analysis and future state design
• Subject matter expertise across CIB / WRB / Functions key processes
• Knowledge, certification and experience running Process Excellence activities and deliverables, leveraging traditional techniques and methodologies (e.g. VOC, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to run workshops effectively
• Knowledge of “SCB ways”
• Strong influencing and communication skills – oral, written and presentation. Proven success in communicating technical information in a simple way.
• A can-do attitude committed to doing what it takes to deliver. Diligent and detail orientated
