Job Summary

  • The Business Analyst, MIS & Telemetry for the Vantage Programme will be responsible for designing and delivering the measurement, reporting, and dashboard capabilities that enable effective oversight of the Bank’s evolving global business services model. As part of a strategic transformation initiative, this role will coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders to consolidate the existing metrics universe into a single central inventory, leverage this inventory to streamline production and consumption, and embed performance insights with actional recommendations into governance and decision-making forums, ultimately translating into decisions that leaders can act on. This role ensures that metrics, reporting standards, and management information are robust, consistent, and aligned to the Bank’s broader transformation and productivity agenda, while remaining closely integrated with stakeholders across the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business

  • Support the Program Director, MIS & Telemetry, Vantage, in defining clear metrics and MI roadmap for the Programme
  • Support the Program Director in driving MIS & Telemetry workstream delivery including defining how success, value, and performance will be measured
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to design and implement target state telemetry and dashboard model for senior leadership

Processes

  • Perform process mapping, process design and data analysis for the MIS & Telemetry workstream, as required
  • Establish consistent definitions, calculation logics, and reporting standards for metrics reporting
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reporting cycles, and data flows that enable timely and reliable performance tracking
  • Support the Program Director in applying strong project management disciplines to the MIS & Telemetry workstream, including structured planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and timely delivery of agreed outputs

People & Talent

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Sets appropriate tone and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.

Risk Management

  • An awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the potential impact that the Program could have on the ability of the organisation as a whole to manage those risks
  • Help the Program Director identify, escalate and resolve issues that have the potential to hinder or delay the implementation of the required steps under the Program
  • Help the Program Director resolve any issues or conflicts arising under the Program. Work with other key project teams around the Group to ensure inter-dependencies are appropriately considered and managed.

Governance

  • Support the Program Director in ensuring metrics, dashboards, and reporting outputs meet the Bank’s governance, risk, and control standards
  • Maintain clear ownership, change control, and auditability of metrics definitions and reporting methodologies
  • Represent the MIS & Telemetry workstream at all relevant Program and governance working groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services or a related industry preferred
  • Prior experience in business analysis essential
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation programs desirable
  • Experience in management information and performance reporting preferred
  • Languages: English
