Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance Graduate Malaysia

 

Our Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC) sits within our Operations team, who are responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution. They settle a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met. 

 

As part of our CFCC team, you could use your expertise to help safeguard our business from legal risks, reputational risks as well as financial and operational risks. Join our Conduct, Financial Crime & Compliance Surveillance Monitoring & Investigation team and you’ll be a gatekeeper to the financial system and fight crime. This opens up exciting opportunities to work on complex cases, collaborate on a global scale and be part of major breakthroughs. You’ll have the flexibility, freedom and trust to get the job done. From identifying suspicious activities to understanding compliance policies and global regulations, you’ll do meaningful work that keeps our business and communities safe.  

 

Your role will sit within our Transformation, Technology & Operations (T&O) team, which is the powerhouse for the Bank. About the programme

 

Graduates who join the CFCC Graduate programme will go through a 12 months learning and development journey rotation to various CFCC functions (including but not limited to Transaction Monitoring & Fraud, Screening & Reg Control & Risk Management) before being placed into CFCC Surveillance Operations roles. 


You will be assigned a mentor to advise you and be a sounding board to support you throughout your journey. We will help you build relationships as we recognise that your network of contacts is an invaluable asset throughout your career. During this learning journey, we’ll

 

•    Invest in helping you build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a career in Surveillance Operations.

•    Provide you with Surveillance services domain knowledge, along with technical and meta-skills needed to be a successful operations professional.

•    Provide opportunities for you to engage with our senior leaders globally, pitch your ideas, and demonstrate your problem-solving skills. 


Over a year you’ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which will include:

Eligibility

 

We welcome students from all degree backgrounds with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. 

You’ll be a final year student, able to start Nov 2026, with the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
