Job Summary
The WRB Global Digital Sales team’s objective is to partner with country, product, and technology stakeholders to create programs, content, and experiences that will support the acquisition and engagement of prospects and customers through SC’s Digital Assets. With a customer-centric approach, the team is focused on delivering on the customer intent through its acquisition and deepening strategies while driving profitable acquisitions for the business
The Director will manage and run the Digital Sales Creative Studio, overseeing both Designers and Copywriters. This role is pivotal in ensuring the productivity of creative talent, enhancing efficiencies, and training and developing the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and an awareness of AI tools in building creatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the creative team, including Designers and Copywriters, ensuring high productivity and creative excellence.
• Conceptualize, develop, and drive creative designs and content that promote the SC brand and products, achieving business results for markets with minimal oversight.
• Establish relationships with key partners in markets, owning presentations, and working directly with product teams on creative development.
• Oversee the design and copy for all different forms of media, including content for Social, Search, Display Banners, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Website banners, etc.
• Ensure all visual concepts and copy are on brief and align with strategic goals.
• Manage multiple markets and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Handle all facets of design and copy production and post-production with minimal supervision.
• Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner.
• Train and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the team's work.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of creative processes.
Skills and Experience
• Expert proficiency in Visual Design and Creative Direction
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills, including team management
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
• Proven track record of leading and developing creative team
