Job Summary
· To deliver accurate & timely MIS and reports to collection management and help the Collection Unit to minimize net credit losses and meet the yearly budgeted 30+ delinquencies and loan impairment (LI) performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for generation of In-country and Collection MIS within agreed timelines
• Accountable for timely delivery of accurate daily, weekly, monthly collection & recovery reports, Scorecards, Management MIS & KPI reports to collections management
• Ensure that all collection MIS and KPIs are prepared / compiled & submitted in compliance with Trust Collections guidelines on format, data definition & timelines
• Conduct data analytics as per team’s requirement
• Assist with system related activities as and when required
• Review progress of pending litigations and liaise with relevant external lawyers to manage
• Ensure legal trackers are up to date
• Responsible for timely legal action on delinquent cases
• Accountable for generation of MIS within agreed timelines
• Accountable for timely delivery of accurate daily, weekly, monthly collection & recovery reports, Scorecards, Management MIS & KPI reports to collections management
Requirements
• Preferably 5 years relevant experience in of banking (managing MIS / system analyst)
• Knowledge in Singapore’s banking product and processes/ Risk & Collections will be an added advantage
• Proficient with SQL softwares,Tableau , AWS S3 & Athena
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining dashboards/ reports in tableau preferred
• Ability to produce high quality analysis using structured and unstructured data
• Excellent communicator and a creative problem solver
• A self started who thrives in fast paced start up like environment.
