Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

•    Deliver high-quality data management by ensuring timely updates of Static and Market data within the designated processing systems.
•    Maintain strict adherence to processes and controls as outlined in the DOI.
•    Guarantee timely, accurate, and error-free data processing.
•    Recognize that business reference data is a vital component of Financial Market Operations, encompassing Static and Market data processing across multiple regions and systems.
•    Support the Market Data Team in executing all Market Data activities and assist the Static Data Team with updates.
•    Manage setup and validation of rates across various time zones, ensuring End of Day (EOD) deadlines are consistently met.
•    Generate and distribute control reports, monitor signoffs, and escalate to management committee members if signoffs are delayed beyond agreed timelines.
•    Develop proficiency with Asset Control, Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, and Markit platforms.
•    Ensure all DOIs are regularly reviewed and updated promptly.
•    Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to new team members.
•    Ensure all responsibilities comply with relevant policies and procedures, contributing to the development of a robust control framework to uphold internal compliance.
•    Participate actively in various team projects.
•    Represent the Market Data Team in project meetings, Book of Work calls, and related forums.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of working experience in banking operation - custody, static data, client management/ onboarding
  • Experience in banking operations specializing in static data management.
  • Proficient in utilizing Bloomberg and Refinitiv platforms.

Qualifications

•   Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, or an equivalent field
