Title: Product Specialist (Crypto)

Key Responsibilities
- Work with team to implement the vision, strategy and technology solution for wealth management client channels and order management systems; driving change on transformation agenda and support the overall architecture strategy.
- Work with Product Owners of wealth management apps, in particular structured products and derivatives, to derive client focused technology roadmap and capabilities.
- Influence the adoption of the new ways of working, including Agile and DevOps behaviours.
- Deliver system capabilities with modernized technology and quicker time to market.
- Deliver Hive’s OKRs on time and within budget whilst adhering to organizational quality standards
- Manage the dependencies, risk and issue across project initiatives with workable resolution to deliver target capabilities.
- Define strategy solution delivery approach that is cost efficient to optimize business values.
- Drive change with Chapters in adoption of new technology & delivery model with Agile, Lean, Dev Ops, Cloud first and identify working opportunities on innovation.
- Strong and effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Champion standards and ensure projects are delivered in accordance to the Bank’s delivery framework.
- Provide inputs, support and challenge process or operating model to constantly identify opportunities on simplification and delivery efficiency.
- Effective vendor management skills. Be able to contribute actively in negotiation conversation with external vendors to bring values to bank and achieve service excellence.
- Develop opportunities for process standardization and efficiency across wealth applications.
- Work closely with team members from different Chapters in integrated, flexible squads to ensure successful project delivery
- Cultivate leadership mindset to drive high performance teams the demonstrate SCB’s core values.
- Coach and mentor team members on learning, career development and provide/identify opportunities to unleash their potentials
- Maintain sustainable resource model with the right talents; skills set and expertise to delivery with quality.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risk that would impact the Hive’s OKR success, driving discussion with stakeholders with agreed mitigation and action plans.
- Support organization transition and define right operation model for team to deliver outcome; whilst operating on changing environments.
- Work with Product Owners to ensure that initiative governance are well managed.
- Ensure conduct values, practices are strictly adhered to by teams (eLearning completion, DLP prevention etc)
Skills and Experience
- 6+ Years of Technology solutioning, development and deployment experience, proficient in systems development lifecycle
- 3+ Years in Financial Markets experience, primarily in foreign exchange and digital assets/cryptocurrency space
- Skilled in Frontend technologies (React, javascript) and integration (API)
- Knowledge and experience working on wealth management products, in particular FX, would be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience on internet front-end systems, including cyber security considerations
- Have knowledge and experience in developing and deploying java applications
- Good knowledge of microservices, with emphasis on deployment to containerised infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of frontend UI built on React and similar responsive frameworks
- Able to ensure high code quality delivery which is defect free, maintainable and performance agnostic.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, incorporating security requirements.
- Knowledge of application monitoring and reporting of logs and transactional data. Pro

Qualifications
Bachelor in IT or equivalent.
