Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in agile project delivery.
  • Experience in using Clarity and managing financial reporting.
  • Must have solid experience in internal/project engagement including within a major corporate, demonstrating  breadth and depth of experience across the corporate communications practice. 
  • Experience in financial services and/or technology and cyber risk in complex, global and multicultural organisations is advantageous.
  • Must have ability to conduct process, people and technology Compliance impact analysis and Compliance readiness to inform the direction of large-scale projects.
  • Able to distil business data into a compelling narrative to drive business decisions.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior management and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Must have experience of defining and implementing engagement and Compliance strategies in dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must demonstrate creativity and a passion for innovation in your work, with a thorough knowledge of the latest employee engagement and project management best practice.
  • Strong emphasis on multi-tasking and ability to prioritise workload while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to deliver value.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation’s goal. 
  • Able to get things done in a quick-paced environment. 
  • Be transparent and open around what doesn’t work and what does.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills across various mediums and target audiences.
