Job Summary
As a member of the professional services team, the individual actively supports senior leadership(s) by delivering strategic insights, business planning, and essential assistance within their assigned business function(s).

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GBS management and Professional Services leadership to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with departmental operating instructions, processes, and guidelines, while applying relevant risk, regulatory, and compliance policies.
- Prepare, implement, and expand strategic plans in cooperation with stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor the development, implementation, and performance of business-critical topics.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to leadership on managing change and maintaining business as usual capabilities during transitions.
- Review new business requirements and offer solutions as needed.
- Manage costs and recharges in alignment with business strategies and plans.
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all activities comply with the Bank’s policies, guidelines, and standards, following the Operational Risk framework.
- Act as the primary contact for senior leaders, coordinating internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow. Prepare papers, agendas, minutes, and track actions/plans as required.
- Ensure systems, processes, and methodologies are followed for effective service delivery monitoring, control, and support.
- Support governance, people management, regulatory compliance, audits, and communications to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare and review management information (metrics/reports) on progress and performance, including production updates and strategy reports.
- Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead by example, fostering the Bank’s culture and values within the team, and setting expectations for collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
- Identify, monitor, control, escalate, and mitigate potential risks to the Group.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the individual's role in managing them.
- Adhere to the Group’s rules, procedures, and processes.
- Understand and apply governance principles to identify, manage, and monitor risks.

Skills and Experience
- Office applications and not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, BlueJeans, Edge, etc.
- Business correspondence skills with excellent proficiency of English – written and spoken
- Typing and/or short-hand – good typing speed to record dictation; with excellent accuracy to produce well document and accurate set of meeting minutes
- Experience in hosting and facilitating calls or meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Graduates from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an Operations, Business or Functions role, with close proximity to a Head of Department and/or C-suite leadership in an international firm preferred
- Any course / certification will be an added advantage.
- Business English – spoken fluently and excellent writing abilities.
- Excellent networking and communication skills, with ability to influence and manage stakeholders from various backgrounds, preferably with international exposure.
