Job Summary
• To provide 24*7 support across the shifts
• Support coverage includes the application health check, incident/problem management and change support for the application / infrastructure and interface changes.
• Role involves other non BAU tasks such as
• Incident trending and analysis.
• Acquiring new in-scope application knowledge from Dev Team.
• Ticket analysis and follow up for closure.
• Interacting with other stakeholders such as business and country POC.
• System improvement plan.
• Pre-CAB/Change walkthrough meetings.
• Review implementation plan.
• Participate in DR activities.
• Multitasking ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile practices and experience using ADO.
• Take ownership of handling incident/issue until proper closure.
• Technical skills including Java, Postgres, Linux, SKE, ELK, Grafana.
• SRE Practices and automation.
Our Ideal Candidates Should have:-
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of application support experience
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with many different personalities/ stakeholders and reach consensus when necessary
• Technical skills including Java, Postgres, Linux, SKE, ELK, Grafana
