Job Summary

This role is to support MI-Revenue and Reward and Redemption Engine application. Responsibility is to keep application healthy which include follow:
•    System monitoring; eg: system health check, capacity monitoring
•    Check on business query, this could come from customer complaint or user
•    Conduct review on system documentation such as DR plan, capacity plan, etc.
•    Support project release. This includes review implementation plan, provide feedback or review from stability angle, hygiene factor and execute implementation plan as agreed.
•    Production break & fix
•    Performance tuning and improving supportability or sustainability of system
•    Comply to code of conduct and organizations policy.
•    Manage audit and risk related item for application supported.
•    Prepare and review documentations such as OLA, SLA, ASRM, DR Plan, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand business function. Review and process business request. Troubleshoot and apply fixes to issue reported by business. Support project release or interfacing application release.

Adhere to incident, problem, change management process. Has to follow other process in the organization as well.

•    Strong troubleshooting skill and able to work under pressure. 
•    Demonstrate good team spirit. We are a small team, has to work with each team member to achieve high performance.
•    Good communication skill requires. Need to collaborate with various team aside from own team member. Need to explain requirement clearly and what is expected out of the collaboration.
•    Job may require long working hour on certain occasion such as project release, DR Drill and major incident.

Comply with Risk & security management policy.


Governance
Ensure application stability. Review and put in improvement for application for better and easier supportability. Example capacity management and security control.

Our Ideal Candidates Should Have:-

•    Minimum of 10 years’ experience in production supports in a professional corporate environment.

•    At least Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology & related fields

•    The ability to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and be able to manage and navigate through ambiguity and organizational complexity.

•    Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation initiatives.

•    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

•    Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community.

•    An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

•    Strong ability to analyse and understand project / programme financials and other relevant data points to synthesize observations and/or recommendations for management attention.

•    Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability.

•    Strong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll-up sleeves to drive success.

•    A mindset to continuously learn and develop themselves.

•    An understanding of Strategy covering key operating domains spa

•    Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

•    Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolution.
