Title: Sr. Manager, Data Analytics & Insights, IAM

Job Summary
• Perform data analysis on IAM-related datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IAM risk and controls compliance.
• Lead the development and governance of IAM metrics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the defined IAM Standard.
• Define, monitor, and refine key control indicators (KCIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) related to IAM functions.
• Drive data quality initiatives by identifying, investigating, and resolving inconsistencies in IAM datasets.
• Ensure IAM processes and data adhere to IAM Standard, and continuously improve data governance practices across IAM domain.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in information security domain / IT auditing, preferably in banking and financial services domain.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Information security domains and IT auditing, preferably in Banking & Financial services experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MicroStrategy, SQL, or Excel.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and related concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- One or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
