Job Summary
• Work closely with project team in onboarding new product
• Active involvement in all project meetings, walkthrough and ability to identify as well as put in the right demand towards successful delivery
• Ensure all technical documents including detailed steps is delivered during project phase (inclusive capacity management, BAU activities, Disater Revovery, & Product Resiliency)
• Review and validate all documents and provide signoff from BAU/Support standpoint
• Ensure clear RACI defined by project team including all stakeholders
• Understanding BAU scope of work and responsibilities
• Highlight issues/problem noticed from BAU standpoint and ensure remediated prior to handing over to production support team
• Persisting issues/findings should have valid RISK raised by project/product team having clear responsible/accountable parties with defined timeline
• Understand and enhanced product auto-healing capabilities to ease daily BAU activities
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Ability to gather information and sharing with various stakeholders in useful and consumable format
• Working closely with clients, technicians, vendors and managerial staff
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• On-call or Standby 24*7 might be required for Major Incident Calls.
• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing the Security Tools platform. Responsible for identification, assessment and resolution of incidents/ change request within SLA and recurring problem management.
• Proactively monitoring and maintenance of the tool’s platform.
• Accountability for tools technology refresh/ system upgrades and project implementation within BAU support scope
• Obsolescences and estate hygiene management
• Liaise with vendor and engineering teams where required to address technical issues with the tools
• Ability to self-direct and work independently when necessary, and clearly articulate technical concepts/ issues to both technical and non-technical peers and management
• Contribute to overall supported tools process improvements and documentation
• Able to perform system administration operation duties, which will require having a non-traditional working hour]

• We are seeking a Technical Engineer who is having experience in Cyber security domains with focus on Database Activity Monitoring Tool (DAM), and a strong foundation in Business Logics skills.
• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in any Information security tools.

• ICS-CST, is a transversal service with a primary objective to provide Cyber Security Technology and managing Security Practise Optimization and Enhancement for security products and services within given portfolio.

Governance
• Mainly focus to setup, run and govern the mandatory controls pre-defined, which includes optimizing and enhancing security practices competence through driving service improvements and automation covering areas such as Product Engineering, Project Onboarding, Vendor Management & ICS-CST internal affairs

Skills and Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 6 - 8 Years of IT experience. Banking domain is desirable.
• Knowledge in Java, J2EE, Oracle, MSSQL and Unix/LINUX/Windows technologies
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall, NAS
• Have good understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM tools
• Has excellent track record in running complex platform support environment
• Has supported Change Management and Incident Management functions
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams/individuals
• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation’s goal
• Confident and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success
• Proven experience in co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
• Advanced documentation skills to ensure that the knowledge repository is up-to-date.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Basic knowledge on On-Prem and Cloud Technologies.
