As a critical function reporting into the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Group OTCR team serves as the second line of defence for assuring that controls are implemented effectively, in accordance with the OTCR Framework, and for instilling a risk culture within the Bank.
•    The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives across the OTCR domain. Acting as part of the OTCR Operational Excellence & Risk Delivery function, the role is responsible for translating business needs into structured requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring alignment across business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
•    The role supports the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition through to implementation, training, communication, and embedding into Business As Usual (BAU), ensuring that transformation outcomes are delivered in line with regulatory expectations and sustainably adopted across the Bank.

•    Develop process maps, operating models, and control considerations to support standardisation.
•    Ensure consistency across processes, particularly for risk taxonomy, trigger events, and GRAM-related workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
•    Engage stakeholders across first, second, and third lines of defence to gather requirements and validate solutions.
•    Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making.
•    Act as the bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure clarity of requirements and solutions.

•    Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination, execution, and defect management.
•    Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through to testing and implementation.
•    Validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and are fit for purpose.

•    Support data extraction, mapping, and reconciliation across systems (e.g. M7, RDM).
•    Define reporting requirements and support development of dashboards and management reporting.
•    Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment to the target data model.
