Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Prepare below Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) ,User Stories, Acceptance Criteria ,Process Flows ,Data Mapping Specifications  
•    Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream applications.  
•    Solution Design Support
•    Elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
•    Testing & Validation
•    Support Governance & risk activities from delivery prespective.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support business and technical analysis across:

•    Rates
•    FXO
•    NDF
•    Commodities
•    Confirmations
•    UBER Integration
•    FMRP Migration Initiatives

•    Analyse impacts from:

•    Murex Decommission programs
•    FMRP onboarding activities
•    Static Data changes
•    Regulatory initiatives
•    Production issues and defect remediation

Skills and Experience

Must-have Skills

•    Financial Markets domain experience.
•    Trade Lifecycle understanding
•    SQL and Data Analysis

Other Skills
•    API and Interface understanding
•    Azure DevOps (ADO)
•    Data Mapping and Message Structures.
•    Requirements elicitation and documentation.

Qualifications

Key Experiences
•    This role requires strong domain knowledge in Financial Markets Post-Trade processing, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a complex global environment

Certifications/Qualifications
•    MBA or BE/BTech or BSc (with experience as business/system analyst Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech experience)
•    5+ years as business/system analyst in Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech
•    Excellent knowledge in Financial markets, various financial market products (especially Fx, money market and other fixed income products including derivatives)
•    The ability to work directly with Operations and Business teams to understand current processes
•    Working experience in agile team, and writing user stories
•    Certifications like CFA is a plus
