Job Summary

•    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead the delivery and implementation of the end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation program, with a particular focus on the Tax Due Diligence domain. This position operates within the Digital, Data and Coverage Platforms team under CIB platform.
•    In this role, you will collaborate with CLM Tax Product Owner to evaluate business initiatives, gather and refine requirements, and develop comprehensive analysis artifacts to support change initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role in engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Collaborate with the Client Lifecycle Management Transformation team to lead the delivery and implementation of changes across the entire client lifecycle, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with Tax Due Diligence regulatory requirements. 
Business
•    This role involves providing comprehensive business analysis for Client Lifecycle Management Transformation (CLMT) projects. The position requires in-depth analysis, review, and documentation of business functions and processes to capture and articulate detailed business requirements for delivery by the technology team.
•    As a CLM Tax Business Analyst, you will oversee the requirements development lifecycle for a transformation project, including elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of requirements across multiple levels including business, stakeholder, and solution. 
Processes
•    Develop comprehensive business, user, and solution requirements, ensuring alignment with the overarching business vision and establishing clear traceability
•    Secure stakeholder alignment and formal approval of requirements through effective communication and collaboration
•    Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, from initiation to closure, by closely partnering with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
•    Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations while adhering to project budget and timeline constraints
•    Guarantee defect-free requirements by employing rigorous and methodical requirement elicitation techniques
•    Serve as a critical communication bridge, facilitating seamless interaction between business users, operations teams, and technology teams
•    Translate requirements and insights into actionable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for end users
•    Drive business value creation through the design and implementation of impactful solutions
•    Proactively identify and recommend process and system improvements that foster sustainable business growth
•    Adhere to established change management standards and procedures to ensure efficient and controlled implementation of changes

•    Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role is expected
•    Relevant experience in Client Lifecycle Management and/or transformation projects is preferred
•    Experience in Tax Due Diligence (e.g. FATCA, CRS) is highly desirable
•    Familiarity with W-Forms validation is considered an advantage
•    Knowledge of crypto-asset related regulations (e.g. CARF) is a plus

•    Proactively identify risks to project milestones and communicate promptly to the appropriate governance forums.
•    Ensure that solutions and processes are fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications
