Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lining up of work for the CIB Markets Trade and Post Trade Documents Management function, covering functional and technical deliverables for Financial Markets Term Sheets, Confirmations, Advices, Notices and Statements, and handling client documents which are used as Proof of Underlying.
- Conduct workshops with Sales, Compliance, Operations and Technology to identify and shape technology solutions that solve real business problems.
- Own the portfolio and strategic roadmap, working with multiple agile delivery squads to build and maintain a roadmap with clear budget forecasting and resource planning.
- Act as subject matter expert, designing and defining front-to-back business process flows and high-level architecture in partnership with solution architects.
- Prepare Gap Analyses, Problem Statements, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Project Approval Requests.
- Partner closely with SMEs across the business to build a deep understanding of existing processes.
- Collaborate with the Project Office/PMO team, leveraging their knowledge and experience to support delivery.
- Document and escalate Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and Program Management.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and help prepare test packs.
- Work closely with Compliance and Operational Risk to map rules and obligations to processes and controls.
- Support the transition of new and updated processes into Business-As-Usual (BAU), ensuring regulatory change requirements are embedded into operating procedures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, product owners and senior technology managers.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks for investment projects as well for new application build-out.
- Identify / address key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Agile Technology Management –
- Responsible for business solution, technical architecture and design
- Own applications (in-house & vendor) within FM Post Trade technology space
- Direct ownership of developer and testing squads and responsible for ensuring quality
- Follow agile process on all development and delivery
Project Planning & Delivery Management –
- Responsible for developing and coordinating with implementation teams, complex integration activities
- Coordinate and manage across all technology teams involved in the project ensuring teams are engaged with a clear remit
- Demonstrate exceptional project governance ensuring project controls are clearly understood and complied with and look for opportunities for control improvements, or simplification where appropriate manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning
- Follow SCB processes to onboard third party products and work with Risk owners , Manage technology engagement with vendors and external entities as part of the project
- Use ADO/Confluence as collaboration tool
Stakeholders management-
- Work closely with Product Owners and Process Owners and relevant stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet the project objectives

• Automation Testing - Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Load runner/Jmeter etc

Qualifications
• 8-10 years of Business Analyst in CIB Markets Trade
• Solid knowledge of:
