JOB SUMMARY
• Lead and manage team to ensure that all Integrate Collection Services and Pre-processing team relate functions undertaken on behalf of the bank and /or its customers are expeditiously and accurately executed in accordance with meet at least standard service level agreement.
• Perform daily operation and authorization to ensure that all collection related functions undertaken on behalf of the bank and/or its customers are expeditiously and accurately executed in accordance with service level agreement, all applicable Group Policies and Procedures, and local regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with Bank of Thailand regulations and all applicable Group Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain high standard of operational conduct to ensure no fail Audit, no repeated Audit Finding and no High Risk Issue to be raised in monthly KCSA/ CST check.
• Regularly review manual workaround and work with the unit head and key stakeholders in process improvement of CMS Payment operations. Work effectively with key stakeholders to provide consultation on payment related process in CMS and to uphold service quality and service standard to clients.
• Ensure that all processing of transactions for RCMS+, ICS, TWIST LCMS/Outward Direct Debit, and any other services led by CMS-Collections are in line with Collection PPG, and that operation procedures are in accordance with Group Cash Management Operation procedures, and all applicable Group Policies and Procedures as well as local regulations.
• Ensure transaction processing under CMS-Collection unit meets the Service Level Agreement with customers and meet internal cut-off time for local cheque clearing.
• Authorize transactions in Collection area, check and sign GL Vouchers if the amount/account is within his/her delegated authority.
• Perform AML/Sanction review and execute as per Group Policies (FCR, L&C, CMO) while processing RCMS+ transactions on the system.
• Ensure submit BOT DMS report related Collection products to Finance Reporting Department by timely.
• Verify and reconcile all the unmatched accounting balance to ensure that all sundry, suspense and nostro accounts are properly reconciled by GRH with the aim to increase the STP rate and reduce the manual adjustment by ICP team.
• Ensure there is no pending transaction left and End-Of-Day reconciliation are properly done – this includes reconciliation of daily transaction and performing daily process Day End balancing of PSGL entry.
• To observe appropriate control in Collection area and escalate all risk-related cases in a timely manner, and that self-review is regularly conducted for consolidated Audit Finding or Audit round-up.
• To regularly review and update DOI to ensure that the document covers processes in CMS Collection and is in line with Group Cash Management Operation Procedure.
• To prohibit new manual processes/exception handling in payment team and ensure that appropriate escalation and approval are performed for any manual / exception requests.
• To ensure dispensation are renewed on time.
• To adhere to Group’s Policy on Document Preservation Notice with regards to Sanction related cases, and provide documentation, guidance and handover to alternate and key team members.
• Back up ICS Clearing officer/ checker on leave or absence as alternates.
• Others duties assigns from supervisor(s) and/or Department head.

Qualification
• Education Bachelor Degree in any fields. Finance or accounting is quite welcome.
