Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role will lead the end-to-end Bancassurance transformation agenda, working with internal functions and insurer partners across strategy, operating model, distribution, customer journeys, digital enablement, controls, and governance.
This role will own the Bancassurance Operational Resilience framework to ensure continuity of critical services across Segments and Channels, aligned with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Define and lead the bancassurance transformation strategy in line with the Bank’s Segment, Wealth, Customer, and Digital priorities.
•    Translate strategic objectives into a practical transformation roadmap with clear business cases, milestones, investment priorities, target operating model changes, and measurable outcomes.
•    Identify opportunities to enhance product proposition, channel strategy, customer segmentation, partnership model, and sales productivity while maintaining customer protection and fair treatment standards.
•    Drive strategic alignment between the Bank and insurance partners on process and service model, training standards and performance management.
•    Own delivery of bancassurance transformation initiatives of insurance penetration and process optimization across all channels.
•    Review and redesign end-to-end bancassurance processes across insurance selling, insurance operation, premium financing, referral activities and after-sales service.
•    Implement monitoring routines to detect process breakdowns, sales quality issues, operational bottlenecks, customer detriment risks, and control gaps, and lead remediation where required.

Ideal Candidate

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
•    Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk management and Project Management of Wealth Products

•    Strong understanding of Wealth Products
•    Experience with Business Impact Analysis, process mapping, scenario Planning and resilience testing methodologies
•    Excellent Stakeholder Management. communication and Leadership Skills
•    Strong project and program management capabilities
•    Relevant qualification or certification in operational resilience , business continuity management or risk management preferred
