Title: Associate - Client Service & Onboarding

JOB SUMMARY
The Associate - Client Service & Onboarding will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive onboarding experience for our new clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, and also a productive long-term relationship with existing partners for the Stablecoin Joint Venture. The individual will also involve close collaboration with various internal departments within the Bank, as well as direct engagement with counterparties to enable the commercial success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
Monitor the ongoing client relationship and proactively manage clients’ potential need or inquiries
Assist the Chief Commercial Officer in business development, client assessments and reviews
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide clients with clear and concise information regarding the onboarding process, timelines, and any required actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and onboarding progres
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
Continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding process to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficienc
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in client onboarding and servicing, business development or a related role within the financial services industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Approachable, attentive, able to work under stress and has a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
