Job Summary

Business
Support LPs in Achieving Performance Goals
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and sales support documents.
• Coordinate logistics for RM trainings, client events, and insurer/broker engagement sessions.
• Contribute to referral pipeline tracking and help ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Take initiative to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Processes
Maintain and Enhance Service Standards for the LP Team
• Proactively support administrative tasks such as documentation, referral tracking, scheduling, and system updates.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of LPs and key stakeholders, delivering timely and effective support.
• Identify and suggest process improvements that increase productivity.
• Help maintain internal records and data accuracy for reporting and governance purposes.

Foster Collaboration and Teamwork
• Serve as a reliable coordination point between LPs, RMs, CSMs, insurers, brokers, and internal functions (e.g., credit and risk).
• Assist in managing follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and smooth handovers across parties.
• Support knowledge sharing across the LP team, contributing to best practices and tools.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.   
    Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.   
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);    
    Able to work independently   
    Manage multiple priorities effectively   
    All business guidelines and compliance issues   

Qualifications

  • FLUENCY IN BUSINESS ENGLISH/SPEAKING OTHER LANGUAGES WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
