Title: Associate Director, Markets Client Onboarding Manager

Job Summary
The Markets Client Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the end to end on-boarding process for Markets client and on-boarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client outreach, including discussion around data requirements, collation.
- Organising and Chairing client operational and onboarding review meetings
- Client Due Diligence (CIP information)
- Responsible for coordinating across the various CIB teams to ensure client onboarding is completed and client is ready to trade.
- Review and validate clients documentation and instructions
- Accountable to ensure that all facilities are set up in accordance with client instructions, this involves working closely with the various operational functions.
- Ensure trading limits are in place and linked to the required e-platform prior to trading and ensure that the start to end process of onboarding is completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for coordinating across the various CIB teams to ensure client offboarding is completed.
- Responsible for coordinating Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory information is obtained and client is compliant
Other Responsibilities
• Provide training and guidance for new joiners
• Preparation and update of training material and desktop operating instructions
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimise operational efficiency
