Title: Associate Director, Private Bank Marketing, Hong Kong & GCNA

Job Summary
This is an opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) team that supports the Global Private Banking business.
This role will work closely with the Global Head of Private Bank Marketing in developing and executing the marketing plan for Hong Kong and GCNA markets to support the growth ambition of the private banking business in Asia.
Job description
• Work closely with Head of Private Bank Marketing, Hong Kong and GCNA to seamlessly execute marketing activities in Hong Kong and GCNA.
• Ongoing tracking and monitoring of activity results, to ensure ROI is measured and can provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making.
• Manage marketing budget with Finance, including key initiatives and projects through payment, reconciling project budgets, accruing spend and providing visibility to forecast and budget variations (monthly and annually). Review budget versus spends with key stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and cost effectiveness.
• Be part of a collaborative culture and a high-performing team to achieve common business and marketing objectives.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across businesses, functions and markets, and with solid awareness of how to navigate change management and complexities for success in a global and large organisation.

• Other Affluent and Wealth Management leaders in Wealth Retail Banking (global, regional, and local)
• Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing leaders and teams (global, regional, and local)

Key Responsibilities
Other qualifications
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of marketing and events management experience in global or regional roles in the banking or finance industry, preferably in Private Banking / Corporate Marketing.
• An all-rounded marketer with experience in managing private banking events, content creation, digital marketing.
• Experience with agency management (creative, media and events).
Skills and experiences required
• A self-starter with a sense of urgency, enjoys a diversified team culture and loves to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects across multiple markets.
• Possess good knowledge of the Hong Kong and GCNA Private Banking and Wealth Management industry, U/HNW capabilities and products.
• A team player with a never-settle spirit and can-do attitude.
• Excellent spoken and written ability in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
• Strong stakeholder and project management ability, and can work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Passionate, resourceful, a problem solver and creative thinker who enjoys reimagining how we engage with colleagues, clients and prospects differently.
• Attention to detail, and with an eye for aesthetic.
