Job Summary

The role holder is accountable for overseeing Wealth operation related platform change implementation. Responsible to design, manage and implement end to end product operation related policies and processes to ensure that relevant policies, procedure and standards are effectively implemented across Wealth Products and ensure effectiveness control design and governance oversights and assurance of processes and frameworks for robust compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Line Manager to deliver business strategy and outcomes on standard metrics/scorecard but no compromising risk control and governance.
  • During the transformation of WS COO team functions, familiarize with the Wealth business risk control frameworks and be responsible for outcomes against WS COO objectives to be achieved
  • Support Line Manager to deliver business strategy and outcomes on standard metrics/scorecard but no compromising risk control and governance.
  • Support product team in overseeing system/digital initiatives and system/platform change management across all products regularly and consistently to ensure flawless execution and compliance.
  • Able to represent WS COO function in engaging key stakeholders including 2nd and 3rd lines and within the broader WRB business to ensure alignment across governance/control standard in term of project delivery and product related incident management (system or non system)
  • Provide cross team support to develop and sustain a product sales compliance culture by contributing and sharing ideas, views and taking necessary action if needs.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance standards as defined by internal and external requirements as well as maintain up a strong and appropriate control environment covering entire HK WM businesses

Skills and Experience

  • Education: Relevant Undergraduate Degree 
  • Language : English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Knowledge in Wealth Product 
  • Experience in Change Delivery
