Job Summary

The successful candidate will support the Markets Country Business Manager (CBM) and the Markets Country Head in managing and running the Markets business in-country.

Key Responsibilities


•    Execute and implement the local Markets strategy and business initiatives
•    Execute and deliver the global Markets agenda locally

•    Partner with local support functions and stakeholders to unblock any business issues
•    Be the “connector” between global and local and export best practices
•    Business budgeting and forecasting where required
•    Drive and manage a prudent cost culture

•    Continuously seek out process simplification and re-engineering opportunities to improve operational efficiency
•    Provide business support on dealing room management, e.g. capacity planning, business continuity, access controls, Service Level Agreements, licensing, etc
•    Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure submissions are accurate, complete, reconciled (where relevant), specific to the requirements and timely
•    Support the Markets Country Head in supervising and coordinating in-country audi

•    Support the Markets Head in running of the Business Risk Forums (BRFs)
•    Operate effective supervision of Markets, Banking, Treasury Markets and Capital Markets Products and Solutions (CMPS) staff in the dealing room, where applicable

Qualifications

  • Professional Qualification (e.g. FRM, CFA, CPA, ECF-TM, ECF-ORM, PMP) preferre
  • Experienced in Business Process Management 
  • Industry & Product Knowledge
  • Well Partnership Management
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Experienced in Regulatory Environment - Financial Services
  • Risk Management (Financial and Non-financial)
