Job Summary

Strategy
•    Lead investment and product advisory performance management framework, including budget setting, tracking, and reporting, in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders
•    Develop and implement investment and product advisory data strategy, partnering with data and technology teams while offering guidance on data architecture development and management
•    Promote data-driven decision-making through the development of dashboards and analytics that uncover business opportunities
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems using data analytics and insights

Business
•    Manage and track advisory and product scorecards for both individuals and teams
•    Drive investment and product advisory initiatives by implementing strategic changes and providing direction to enhance IA productivity and support product launches 
•    Work closely with Finance and Product teams in reviewing progress against business targets & objectives and productivity ratios
•    Work closely with Market Heads to implement action plan to achieve revenues, NNA growth and cost control
•    Develop framework to facilitate sales effectiveness
•    Support Management on a daily basis to manage the business
Processes
•    Coordinate Front Office feedback and specify business requirements
•    Improve organizational effectiveness and resources efficiency by coordinating resources
•    Initiate, lead and /or participate in change initiatives and their subsequent implementation


Risk Management
•    Drive issue resolution pertaining to client on-boarding, infrastructure and AML
•    Work with businesses to define process and procedure gaps
•    Work closely with other business support units to address business requirements and priorities. 
•    Maximize the alignment between front and back functions.
•    Work in close partnership with control functions to ensure the control is in place and the market activities are aligned with the local regulatory and corporate governance requirements
Governance
•    Coordinate Front Office feedback and specify business requirements
•    Improve organizational effectiveness and resources efficiency by coordinating resources
•    Initiate, lead and /or participate in change initiatives and their subsequent implementation

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
• 8 years or more of relevant work experience in the financial industry
• Strong data and analytics mindset
• Good understanding of wealth products
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams
