Title: Cash Management Business Analyst (One year contract)

Role Overview
• To lead the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) nominated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform Conversion Acceptance Test (CAT). Track the progress and ensure timely completion of CAT
• To lead CIB nominated SMEs to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and end to end UAT. Track the progress and ensure timely completion of CAT
Responsibilities
• Database clean up and conversion
• Lead a team of CIB SMEs for country rollout of our new core banking system with close collaboration with the Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) business and Finance squad to ensure upstream and downstream database flow are adequate.
• Lead and drive CIB SMEs to get prepare for database conversion, business sign-off and project implementation.
• Work with CIB SMEs to ensure data / code table set up, and where applicable new code fields resulted from identified system change requirement from user stories discussion, in the new core banking system environment is fit for purpose via participation / support of UAT.
• Functionality and interface
• Lead a team of CIB SMEs for country rollout of our new core banking system with close collaboration with WRB and Finance squad to ensure the new core banking system function and interface are properly tested.
• Lead and drive CIB SMEs to perform UAT and end to end UAT and subsequent business sign-off and project implementation.
• Other project activities
To support other project activities as and when required
• Maintain high engagement level of the team
• Create a highly collaborative environment for working with different teams / squads.
• While maintaining the focus and priority on primary SME Lead role, the incumbent is expected to support the wider program team with other responsibilities as the program may need from time to time
Requirements
• 10 years plus, of which primary focus desirable in the Banking Industry
• Sound Knowledge of business, product, and operations
• Team player – previous participation / leading projects desirable
• Experience in banking operations / processes;
• Experience in core banking implementation and product management;
• Exposure to data migration and databases
• Experience of working in Agile model in the capacity of Product owner or similar role
