Job Summary
This individual will play a crucial role in the Client Coverage function which directly manages all aspects of our distributor and counterparty engagements – ensuring best-in-class delivery of our product and service offerings, in collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders. This execution role will require a high agency, fast-learning, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills that could represent our franchise well.
The role sits within the Client Coverage function reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, and partners closely with Operations, Finance, Risk/Compliance teams to ensure distributor onboarding, transaction execution, and other related tasks are conducted efficiently and in a manner compliant with our organization’s internal control frameworks.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our ongoing relationships and interactions with institutional distributors, from onboarding process to transaction execution, and other relevant client servicing tasks
• Assist in expanding distribution channels, ecosystem/partnership development, marketing and other ad hoc tasks as required
• Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation and information required for client onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and onboarding progress
• Confirm trade details with clients and verify all necessary client authorizations and information required have been provided and are accurate
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction/Wallet Monitoring, Finance Ops, Risk, Reserve Management, etc to process and execute trade orders
• Coordinate with internal teams on post-trade processing including but not limited to sending post-trade confirmation, proper internal record keeping and reconciliation
• Proactively respond to and resolve clients’ inquiries regarding our product and service offerings
• Develop and conduct training sessions for distributors and potential their internal teams on best practices regarding operation, AML/compliance obligations, and usage/marketing of stablecoins
• Provide appropriate support to drive awareness to our distributors/partners’ use cases or products that are facilitated by our stablecoin
• Continuously provide inputs and seek ways to help improve our organization’s onboarding and transaction process to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficienc
• Pro-actively monitor distributor relationship and health status on an ongoing basis to ensure they remain fit-and-proper to be our distributor

Job Requirements
• Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales role (covering institutional client base) with strong execution experience in Markets/Sales & Trading function
• Relevant knowledge and interests in digital assets and/or stablecoins are highly preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin); proficiency in additional Asian language is a big plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Approachable, attentive, able to work under stress and has a positive attitude
• Proficiency in common office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite required, familiarity with common CRM systems preferred
