Title: Director, AI Product Strategy & Adoption

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideating, defining and driving the adoption of Gen AI capability to organisational priorities. Identifying use case to use compatibility and H/M/L complexity.
• Provide guidance to business leaders as to how to use Gen AI to address identified process frictions or improve key worker productivity to tangible and measurable value.
• Work with key users to assess solution fit to stated need and define improvement priorities to increase utility, relevance and value.
• Maintain a solutioning mindset to identify technical capability crossover to other use cases and use domain and market expertise to advise on buy versus build approaches so we determine what is best for the business.
• Continually look at the environment to challenge our assumptions around new sources of data, potential AI partners, tools, talent and infrastructure.
• Engage with internal clients to improve delivery of projects.
• Develop effective and trusted relationships with the business.
• Be clear on the CDO-AI enablement team processes, checklists and approach to delivery
• Accuracy in reporting and tracking of business case value
• Accuracy in adoption uptake, user feedback collection and report back to AI product and tech team
Qualifications
• 8+ years of business engagement and solutioning discovery experience
• Track record in business solutioning, problem solving and multi-level stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with the ai landscape: external vendors, model types and use cases
• Work with senior business stakeholders and technology leads to map the transformative vision and signpost this to existing and near term in-house capabilities.
• Partner with business on build versus buy versus blend delivery approaches
• Work to drive ai literacy and develop a solutioning mindset with senior business leads to change how we think about solving business challenges with technology
• Internally consult, problem solve and steer a value based outcomes
• Must be an adept relationship builder and develop trusted and effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Experience in driving adoption and take up of new technology through working with users to collect and prioritise feedback for improvement and ensure good fit to function
• Education University Bachelor Degree
