Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor 
•    Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships across lending, transaction banking, markets and structured solutions 
•    Develop and execute client relationship strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and the Bank’s risk appetite 
•    Originate, structure and deliver financing and banking solutions, working closely with product partners and coverage teams 
•    Lead credit origination and approval processes, including preparation of high quality credit proposals and ongoing portfolio monitoring 
•    Ensure timely delivery of solutions and high service standards, coordinating effectively with Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance and other internal stakeholders 
•    Maintain strong risk and control discipline, ensuring full compliance with KYC, AML, CDD, sanction

Job Responsibilites

•    Execute the business plan for the YRD
•    Foster cross-border, cross-functional and cross-business collaboration to drive our YRD strategic priorities; facilitate progress by resolving cross-business issues 
•    Drive and execute YRD portfolio growth through new acquisitions and expansion of existing relationships
•    Disseminate client and revenue growth targets as well as non-financial targets to their Relationship Managers, ensure they achieve these targets and sell in a professional manner through regular monitoring and coaching
•    Work closely with the Credit teams to improve service turnaround time and to strengthen credit related issues
•    Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes.
•    Support the framework for effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations at a global level.
•    Support the execution of Business strategy in a safe and well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis – incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.
•    Conduct quality checks on KYC / CDD process

 

 

Job Requirements

•    University graduate with 8-10 years experience
•    Licenses: HKSI  PAPER 1
•    Good Command in Mandarin and English
