Title: Director - Product, Digital Assets, FSS

Job Summary
Director, Product, Digital Assets for Financing & Securities Services with responsibility for:
• Develop business cases for digital assets and related strategic initiatives (externally and internally)
• Industry and client partnerships
• Support and manage product governance and approval processes for digital assets in Asia and other global locations from time to time
• Perform other duties across FSS product and sales for digital assets as assigned from time to time
• Developing business cases for digital assets and related strategic (externally and internally)
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research for the Asia market (and globally as required) to identify opportunities for new digital asset services and partnerships, including competitive analysis and customer interviews.
• Financial Modelling: Help develop financial models to forecast the potential revenue, costs, and profitability of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Buy-In: Present business cases to management and other internal stakeholders and potential partners, effectively communicating the strategic value, benefits, and risks associated with the initiative
Industry and Client partnerships
• Clients: Lead product sales from a product management perspective with current and prospective clients to drive current and future value for the business
• Partners: Assist in development of partnerships strategy to align with commercial goals for the business and continuously improve and iterate the strategy
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively solicit feedback from Sales and Business Development, Business Account Management, and Operations teams to assess performance of the digital assets Product and work to enhance the product features and offering for Asia and other locations from time to time on an ongoing basis.
• Identify, raise and manage product governance and development related risks in line with the group risk management standards and policies including the enterprise risk management framework (ERMF).
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
Job Requirements

• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
• Bachelor Degree holder (Business Administration / technology or equivalent)
• Languages: Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
