RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Lead onsite engineer/coordinate remote support team to deliver the user support service in HK, make sure group standard SLA/KPI can be achieved.
  • Make sure group ESS strategy can be implemented in the HK without any failure or delay  

Business

  • Assistant GCNA ESS Lead  to manage the ESS support service, fulfil country business requirement 

Processes

  • Determine applicability of new or revised Group Workplace standards and establish practical and realistic in-country implementation plan. Represent country ESS team to liaise with Group team, and raise any concern country Technology teams may have regarding IT policies, standards, initiatives, directions and guidelines. The scope of technology mainly focus on workspace and includes but not limited to MECM, MDE, HAM, DLP and other off-the-shelf product. 

Risk Management

  • Enforce technological and operational governance and assure compliance of SCB group policies. Conduct regular review to identify gaps and risks, define and execute remediation plan to close outstanding issues

Regulatory & Business Conduct 

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • HK CTM, HK Business management team 

Other Responsibilities

  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in HK ESS team

Qualification

  • Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed and highly varied stakeholders
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience 
  • Language: Cantonese, English  

Role Specific Technical Competencies

  • Windows OS knowledge 
  • troubleshooting skills and incident management capability
  • Working knowledge of the banking industry, banking products, workflow and processes, and banking systems would be a significant asset
  • Solid, quantifiable experience in workspace technology and user management, at least 8 years support service experience 
  • Good understanding and experience on MECM, ITSM (SNOW, HAM), MS Office
  • Good experience on central support/remote support model
  • Solid stakeholder management experience
