JOB SUMMARY
This role, leading a team of 5, support the Regional Head of Private Banking ('PvB') in developing and executing transformative strategies, leading initiatives that drive organizational change and scalable sales practices. Utilize data and analytics to focus on revenue, volume, and client engagement, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This strategic leadership role aims to enhance operational efficiency, align stakeholder communication, and drive overall business growth and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy 
Financial Analysis, Governance & Management Reporting:
Ensure robust governance by developing strategic plans, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, managing risks, monitoring performance, and fostering continuous improvement within the private banking division.
Lead the financial management, including budgeting and reporting for the private banking division, ensuring accurate analysis of key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Develop comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue growth and profitability, presenting insights to executive leadership.
Act as central point of contact to connect business directions from Group globally, regionally and markets locally.
Ensure timely and accurate management reporting by developing comprehensive reporting frameworks, utilizing data analytics to provide actionable insights, and regularly updating executive leadership on key performance indicators and business metrics.
Proposition Development:
Drive the development and continuous enhancement of the private banking proposition, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and market dynamics.
Conduct competitive analyses to effectively position our offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Business
Acquisition & Client Management:
Drive client acquisition, upgrades, onboarding, referrals, retention, and cross-selling across all channels while managing segment initiative profitability.
Foster relationships within the bank for prospecting and referral opportunities, leveraging market intelligence for consultative sales to engage new clients.
Provide tailored solutions for account opening and support walk-in clients, while managing less profitable accounts.
Sales Management:
Collaborate with Market Heads and Head of IA to review progress against business targets & objectives and productivity ratios.
Develop framework & campaign to facilitate sales effectiveness.
Perform sales data analytics, initiate and lead campaigns to drive momentum achieving different sales targets.
Enable Relationship Managers to deepen client satisfaction and engagement by delivering tailored solutions.

Processes
Business Enablement & Change Project 
Identify and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Serve as the owner of pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models are in place.
Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of pricing structures to align with market trends and business objectives.
Ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes through effective change management and training programs.

Integrate Risk Management: Embed risk management into all aspects of client service and operational strategy by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaboratively Risk Handling: Work effectively with business partners to identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Crisis Management: Implement clear communication protocols for reporting risk and manage situations to respond swiftly to emerging issues during crisis such as market downturns.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values for the cluster, setting the right tone and expectations from the various teams working in tandem across products and with risk and control partners
Demonstrate exemplary behavior in all professional interactions, embodying the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. Serve as a role model for team members, showcasing a commitment to the bank’s mission, vision, and values.
Promote collaboration between various teams and functions to ensure a unified approach to client service.
